What kind of service? New belt?

How do I fix this used record player, it is making the sound slow like in slow motion. Tried different setting with no luck.

I found this used record player system with two speakers and records. It plays very slow sound.. what could be wrong. I tried changing the speed and any setting with no improvement.

I bought two Apogee Duetta II speakers coupled with one Denon POA-6600a power amps and one plays nice and the other is quiet and does not play nearly as nice, also makes a crackling sound. What should I do? Is it safe to continue playing the broken muffled speaker?
