Which headphones are better for me?
I have both the HD 600 and the He400 and honestly from the genre and artists you listed you would definitely prefer the He400's they sounded absolutely fantastic with Taylor Swift's latest album and Justin Timberlake's as well. HD650s for Modi and Magni?
Definitely go the He 400's I have them and the schiit stack and they sound unbelievable for any genre, for someone like yourself coming from a low end headphone this is a big step up.- Heywardo

Sub $150 headphones for classical music in coffee shop use
