I think they are pretty identical? It could be just me, because I have no fitting problem with most IEMs I've tried (even with the good old sf.5 pro and sony h3)

  Yea unfortunately I have to let them go... (I'm the seller)   In fact the FX850's are totally a steal at their MSRP and I don't feel the IE800's worth the price premium. I just want to get an end-game (maybe) IEMs and quit searching for another set 

   

I listened to my friends E9 along with the E7 paired with DT880/600, IMO I should they are very impressive with their neutral sound

Agree, IE8 really need lotsssss of time to burn in, give your IE8 some times and you'll find how impressive is the IE8

I think HD555 is not good for rock, get a grado instead   IMO I won't do the foam mod if I still want to return the HD555

I only tried HD595 and SR80i   IMO, they are totally different sonically, SR80i is more aggressive than to HD595   I will say both are good cans so it really depends on what genres you frequently listen

I have K518DJ but I don't think it has good isolation IMO, and it's not very comfortable to wear

I don't know if this is a news for you guys but on Amazon right now,   MMDT for $254.97; (was $299) IE8 for $299.00; (was $339)   which are both on very impressive price  

I've never listened to RE-0 but have you ever consider the MMDT? IMO at least they are good for the genres you like.   They're on sale right now and you can get them for ~$250 on Amazon and J&R

When I'm get tired to the pops and rocks I love to listen to the sound of cello and it really makes me relax

In terms of bass, I will definitely go for trubine
