A couple of years ago I broke my xduoo xd-05's digital input jack, I would like to fix it but I don't know what the connector is called, I know it's a panel mount through hole 8 pin connector but when I search for that it brings up just regular stereo jack sockets not the optical/coax...

You are right enough, that option is unchecked by default in fiio and the other apps have a similar options which were not, thanks for that, didn't know those options existed, they must be for smartphone users must be annoying to come across your ringtones when shuffling.

I've come across a weird thing, the song count between the fiio app neutron and hiby don't match. Fiio has 19324, neutron has 19473 and hiby has 18977, they all use the same source so why the different song count, does anybody know.

I wouldn't bother with the stacking kit its really not worth the money, I went through 3 of them in 4 months the plastic is too flimsy and you can't use a case with it

You're more than welcome it's just sitting in a drawer better that go to someone that needs it, I use the L21 cable at home and a 3.5 to 3.5 coax for the duo xd-o5 for out and about, I've never actually used the adapter

Nothing to be sorry about mate, my reply wasn't all that clear.as far as I know that kind of cable will only work with line out not coax out.if the longer fiio cable that has the coax 3.5 to male rca is not long enough for you you could extend it by using a longer coax cable that has Male on one...

You are correct about that, it's a multifunction port for line out and coax you will need to extend from the RCA and or it won't work

Hi, I used library view, the only problem it seemed to have was it was very slow to rescan when I added new stuff, I formatted both cards on my PC before using them. the large card wasn't full it had about 350gb on it, also used my PC to add stuff with the card reader as using the x5 to do it...

I used 200gb cards with it no bother,even a 512gb full size with an adaptor it didn't have any problems. Tuff luv make nice leather and fake leather cases for it, much better than the plastic or the rubber in my opinion.

I had this problem too, not just with the fiio app but with neutron as well. After about a day's use a few times off and on again it went away
