my s4i's are having an issue where the voice volume is low but sounds and music are normal or loud volume...i tried other earbuds and stuff and it's definitely this pair. anyone experience this before?

quick update. just FYI:   sent an email to Klipsch USA explaining my situation. they asked for a pic of my receipt and sent me a new pair with another two year warranty on them! all i had to pay was customs, which was ~$50
