Sennheiser HD555/M-Audio Transit duo review
I built a CMoy from a kit i bought from Marios a few days ago. It's a simple amp with no special bells or whistles. In the first 'build' of my amp i didn't have a pot meter connected to it, but decided to put one on the output. The cmoy output seems to be high enough to accidentally damage my...- GeekMystique

Sennheiser HD555/M-Audio Transit duo review

Is the M-Audio Transit without amp enough to drive the HD555?

I do agree with you, Raif, a cheap amp would be the right choice, supply is pretty hard where I live though (Netherlands) - and no time/skill to build one myself. Calling out to anyone who owns both the Transit and a HD555?- GeekMystique

I've recently ordered a M-Audio transit and Sennheiser HD555s to replace my rather crappy Sony CD480/SBLive value combo. I'm wondering...- GeekMystique
