Can I use Soundmagic PL50s tips on these?

What would you recommend as a replacement for these in the 25-50$ range? Isolation and accurate sound reproduction would be my main focus.  

I've had my PL-50s for two years now, the sound quality and isolation are very good and I recommend them to everyone looking for a good iem under 50$ (maybe more). They have always performed well  and were well taken care off but I've noticed the right side as started to sound quieter! Anyone...
