What do you mean "measuring"?   Also, I never understood the E7/E9 combo. It seems like a lot of wasted money for paying for two amps and a DAC. Why not just get a $200 DAC/amp instead? Or are the E7 and E9 just that good?   Quote:

I just went to Guitar Center to check out the sound signatures of each brand. I'm definitely steering clear from AKGs and am still liking Sennheisers. I also liked Audio Technicas. I'll do a bit more research but I'm leaning heavily to the HD555s.
