I'm having problems with playlists. They won't load at all. I deleted all of them. Then I made one with just one song. That won't even load. Has anyone else had this problem?

has anyone had to send their Kann in for battery replacement out of warranty? i bought mine april/may 2017 and i'm only getting 4hrs average. this is in most conditions. like this week i was listening to old mp3s with normal output, 4hrs. just curious how much it would cost me.

Right before the last step I tried, I let the battery drain down. Then I plugged it in and tried power + previous. I let it charge for a couple hours and tried again. I've seen this on tablets and cellphones before.

Nope. Original Japanese model. Didn't feel it was worth the risk. I never had a problem with the stock player.

i'm having a problem with my DP-X1. It won't boot-up. I tried pressing power + next track. I tried holding power for 10 seconds. I also tried putting a paper clip in the hole on the bottom. None of those things worked. All i have is a dark grey screen, nothing past it. Any suggestions or help...

I ordered a set of these Sunday. I'm coming from a pair of se535s. Can anyone compare the two? I tried the isine20 and I had to send them back. They made too many songs sound "off".
