I easily notice the sound quality being subpar with most music streaming services

+1 for classical music. Easy listening and one does not get focused on the music!

Warranty stuff seems fishy. I wonder of the legality being that they are acting as 3rd party resellers. 

What would one recommend for replacement pads then of quality?

Wow, thanks for the lightning fast response!   My truck has stock speakers, with the addition of a LOC going to an amplifier powering a sub. I do not notice any added noise when power is plugged in so thank you for giving me peace of mind!

Hey guys, I have the E12 here as well. I use it to amplify the signal of my ipod before the fm modulator. Is it detrimental to leave the power always hooked up? The 12V output from my truck is always on (even with the truck off) so basically the unit is plugged in 24/7. Am I doing damage to the amp?

Have you considered the Sony MDR-7520's? I am very satisfied with mine. I usually pair them with my E12 or XM6 depending on where I am using them.

Hey fellas. Audio enthusiast here. I have more knowledge of car audio, however I am learning about the inner realm of headphone audio now. I have a PD xm6 and Fiio E12. I find myself using the E12 more as the power source can delineated be from 12V car power.
