Hi, i just bought an NWZ S739 and it came with no AC power adapter so i need to charge it with USB, but i got an Iphone 3gs that was delivered with an AC power adapter USB , on it it says output 5v 1A , will i be able to charge my NWZ s739 with it? or will i destroy the battery?

I am going to buy a Sony mp3 (i got an D2 atm) I am chosing betwean the S739 or the X1050 but i really cant decide, how is the bass on the X1050? I read that X1050 got deeper bass then S739, what would you pick if you were a bass loving man?
