Thank you for your reply and I am going to agree with you. Having noticed it on that particular song, I went through a few songs from my library and found similar things but not as noticeable as on Cheap Thrills. 

Personally, I would say Sia or Lana Del Ray.

Received these a fews day back and loving them at the moment! Settled with the grey silicon medium tips and blue spacers as they gave the best sound for my tastes. I'm glad I picked these up!
