Those look nice and soft but I forgot to add that I would like to keep the price under 200 and I prefer the closed phones.   I guess I could just order another pair of XB's off of amazon for double the price but I'm not sure what to do.

A while back I bought a pair of sony xb700's and now I wish I would of bought 5 more pairs of them back then.    I will never understand why sony replaced the nice over ear xb headphones with crappy on ear headphones instead.   My head and ears are very sensitive due to health problems...

I don't know if this would help but.......   The studios are BATTERY operated and would be a pain to maintain!!!!!   The pro's are not.   Both have shallow 40mm earcups that might get uncomfortable after a while.   OR you could get some beats decals off ebay and stick them on...

I have a question.....If I order the XB1000's off of sony's official website where will they be shipped from?   Also best buy NEEDS to start stocking the XB700 and XB1000 series already.......All they carry is the dumb XB500.   40mm really hurts my ears.   50mm doesn't hurt at...

I just got the xb700's today for 80 bucks and they have great bass and the comfort is like heaven.   So yeah I would get the xb1000's.
