Wait for the FA Rhapsody Series - takes a few more months I guess. I listened already to those and they offer much more clarity and refinement. Maybe a bit less bass and in general less warmer but I would say - it's clearly an improvement ;-)

Regarding the SD3 - it has really a deep, dry and very prominent bass. Actually I think it was made more for musicians than audiophiles.

I don't know for sure. They both sound awesome I can tell you. The FA-4E XB are already great, but those just sound more refined. I think Fischer Amps has some very nice ideas for the future ;-)

Good to know, but it seems like the Rhapsody series will take a couple of months to be released I guess. Not even sure if it's really going to be "better" maybe just "different" the FA-4E XB is almost perfect for my taste.
