I bought the Free DSP cable recently to use with the Chu 2 and I have the same experience as you. Sometimes it just won't work with the app but thankfully once the settings are saved there is no issue.

I have heard from some reviews that despite the graph, the Aria 2 sounds more like the Kato than the Aria Snow. Would you confirm this or would you say they sound just like the Aria Snow? I'm just curious because I have both the Aria Snow and Kato but I like the Kato a whole lot more.
