Digizoid ZO3 Specs
It will definitely cost more, but the actual price can not be determined since it is not full assembled. The size will be the above the same size with the possibility of being a little smaller. The tranparancy will be better as there will be two modes: one mode for the smart vector technology...- dementor338

Bass Slam...Fact or Fiction?
I remember when I was abducted by aliens, their spaceship had a 120 inch subwoofer that was so loud, it must have been over 180 decibels at 20 hertz. These aliens must really know about achieving loud bass.- dementor338

Bass Mod on 2013 Sony extra bass series
How do you get behind the drivers to remove the paper for the bass mod? I tried removing the four screws under the ear cups beneath the foam but it still won't come out. The 2013 Sony Xb series includes the mdr Xb 400, Xb 600, Xb 610, xb 800, Xb 900, Xb 920, x05 and x10. So, if you were...- dementor338

Paper behind headphone driver effects on sound
Listening to loud bass for too long shouldn't make you deaf at all, since you ears are less sensitive to the lower frequencies. It's like saying, whether you want to be punched 60 times a second (60 hertz) or punched 5000 times a second (5khz). What is weird is that I removed the paper behind...- dementor338

Paper behind headphone driver effects on sound
Duh I meant directly on the back of the drivers. That's the only place there is paper blocking the holes on the drivers. And if the paper is there to tune frequency on even extra bass headphones, why were they there in the first place if it reduces the amount of bass and narrows the soundstage...- dementor338

Paper behind headphone driver effects on sound
Most headphones have either thin paper or a cotton material blocking the holes on the back of the headphones drivers. Why are they even there if removing them seems to make the sound better. They materials blocking the holes in the back of the driver seems to reduce the lower frequencies, as...- dementor338

NEW! Sony - MDR-X10 & MDR-X05
What focus on the higher end of the mid range are you talking about? Based on the frequency response graph of these headphones the only boosted frequencies are below 200hz, near 800hz and near 9000hz. The upper mid range around 2000hz is not boosted whatsoever. 800hz is more like the middle...- dementor338

Digizoid ZO3 Specs
Digizoid emailing me some information on the ZO3: "The output power of ZO3 is designed to be at least 10 times the power of ZO2." "The board is in design stage and final numbers will not be in until the board is built and tested. In other words, any number I would give you now would be based...- dementor338

Best Bass Headphones in The World
How are the x10s not bassy at all if they are supposed to be extra bass headphones? Was the headphone jack connected to their own source, which could have possibly had an equalizer, or to your device?- dementor338
