Also wondering about this, but won't it trap the heat more? I've custom made a case but found even an airy material shortens the mojo's playtime due to the heat..one way I've played the mojo longer was using a portable fan as a base haha it's noisy as heck but with in ears you don't hear the fan...

I was able to try this out last time at Canjam..V2 sounds livelier :) for me, it's got more dynamics and clarity and impact.

Never noticed any harshness from my songs thus far but the quality, depth, and punch is so much better w an 8 core silver than a 4-core version. With gold and silver I found its more like an improved copper version, so still like the silvers better..ymmv though it's a very subjective matter :)...
