What do you guys think about a NAD C165BEE + C275BEE pre and power amp?   Also, any opinions on the comparisons between the MMGs, Dynaudio Excite 12, and Dali Zensor 3?   Thanks!

  I was really set on getting the Maggies, but I heard their bass is not so good. I think I am leaning more towards to the Focal Chorus, Dali Zensor 3 or Wharfedale Diamond 220s.   Any suggestions on the three?

What kind of set up did you have with your Maggies? Tube amps? DAC? AVR?   Also, what is the difference between a stereo receiver and a AVR?

If I primarily listen to pop, Kpop, ballad, indie, jazz, and EDM (electro dance music), watch TV shows and movies, you would still recommend the Focals over the MMGs right? (Just want to ask again.. sorry if its repetitive)

I did some more research and found these.   Magnepan MMG Focal Chorus 806V Wharfedale Diamond 220 Speakers Audioengine A5+ Audioengine P4 BIC Acoustech PL-89 Speakers   PLEASE any recommendations out of these speakers or others for a decently sized living room would be loved!   Also...

  Whoops, forgot about that. So, to re-ask the question, will I need a separate phono preamp and another amp for the turntable?

  So will the NAD D3020 , be the only component I would need? Do I still need to get a receiver or DAC?   Also, if I get my turntable, will I need a separate DAC and phono preamp?

Which Focals would be appropriate for my living room space?   Also, regardless of the Focals or MMGs, will the recommendation for DAC/amp/receiver will be the same for both?

  Then to clarify, what speakers do you recommend? Honestly, I really wanted the MMGs because of how sexy they looked and the reviews about the great sound quality for that low price point. If, however, the MMGs wont do a great job because of the small living room space, I would love to hear...
