Mine took two weeks from order placement until it arrived to my house. Overall, very pleased with the quick turnaround. JH are repairing mine for fit issues and they foresee completing this by next week. 

Excellent!  Did you notice any problems with the sound signature being too dark or muddy? I received my customs last week, but had to re-send due to some fit issues (sitting too deep in ear canals). Hopefully, it was a fit problem, but was curious if you (or anyone else in this thread)...

Quick question, Has anyone used the Kaiser Tone App with the Layla and iPhone 6? I've seen very good reviews on the app store, but would like more information before deciding whether to purchase the app or budget for a DAP.
