Mine took two weeks from order placement until it arrived to my house. Overall, very pleased with the quick turnaround. JH are repairing mine for fit issues and they foresee completing this by next week. 

Excellent!  Did you notice any problems with the sound signature being too dark or muddy? I received my customs last week, but had to re-send due to some fit issues (sitting too deep in ear canals). Hopefully, it was a fit problem, but was curious if you (or anyone else in this thread)...

FYI, earplug superstore in Oklahoma can also do custom tips for Layla. Contact Tom... I believe his contact info is on website. Interestingly, the ear tip canal will be built with Westone. Still getting details on this.

When you get a chance, let us know if the tips keep a good seal during physical activities (e.g. exercise, walking).

I was wondering if any owners of universal Layla have used custom earplugs for them and if so, which brands would be recommended.

I am debating between custom Roxanne or Layla, but have been hesitant to proceed giving complaints from customers regarding the length of time it took to complete orders. I was wondering if there's been any improvements in JH customer service and if the build time of these IEMs has improved.

I agree with jdriver. They are a great investment and you will be amazed with the ES60 performance.
