Comply T-500 medium or large, depending on what fits you best. No it's the opposite, it's better in reverse because that way the tip won't cover the IEM nozzle when they're in your ear.

For those that gave up on MH750/755 because they found them too shouty: if you remove the vent sticker in the back of the driver, all the shout is gone.

It can actually be extremely pleasant if you remove the all vent stickers from the back of the driver, then use Comply foam tips in reverse. I've just started listening to them that way, and they're even more pleasant than stock Final E5000 and E3000.
