Headphone Sightings 2
Mostly just crappy JVC and Sony Buds. Not to mention a billion iBuds. I nearly cringed when I saw somebody with the Skullcrushers. Those things are some of the worst excuses for audio equipment I have ever heard.- Cru321

Help !!! Open or Closed headphones
If you plan to use your headphones anywhere outside of the house then closed are the way to go. The compromise is that the soundstage is reduced and not as open or "airy" sounding.- Cru321

why do people dislike itunes?
iTunes is good enough for me on a Mac. I just hate that it can't play FLAC natively. I have to use Max to convert them to WAV or AIFF. Plus, the default equalizer adds a boatload of distortion. Other than that, it fits my needs. I guess I'm just too lazy to find a replacement program.- Cru321

Looking for Canalphones/IEMs (sub-$70 USD)
I'd try the ADDIEM. They have a very well balanced sound. Not bass heavy, no sharp sibilance. Plus, they've got a mic and clicker.- Cru321

Recommended IEMs for under 100 USD?
I'd say the ADDIEM. Dual Balanced Armature for $79 is an amazing deal. They are also fairly analytical.- Cru321

Bose AE - Overpriced?
I think that the Bose have pumped up bass and treble. Absolutely NO midrange. Not the best for rock music. They are comfortable and look snazzy, but NOT audiophile quality! I have the AE model. I just use them for around the house because of the comfort factor. my IEMs get uncomfortable after a...- Cru321

Headphones you regretted buying the most
I regret the Bose In-ears. They don't block ANY noise. So annoying at school. They ARE comfortable though.- Cru321

Who here is a high school audiophile?
This post totally describes me. Everyone at school accuses me of being "obsessed with headphones." The haters don't understand.- Cru321

Help with a limited budget, please?
I think the 'i' means that it is slightly improved, but I'm not sure exactly what it is improving upon. SR60i are very good in a quiet environment, but don't plan to be using them outside. They leak noise like crazy. If you like IEM's, I'd try the ADDIEM. (Apple Duel Driver IEM)- Cru321

iPod Speaker Dock Recommendations?
The Kicker iK501 has a really strong and bassy sound. I personally use it because I listen to a lot of dance music. The thing really gets the job done and blows the Bose Sounddock out of the water in terms of power.- Cru321
