I just use the headset in its default neutral state. I don’t EQ them. The sound is clean and I don’t have any issue with fatigue or harshness personally.

They have said that for best results on PC use 100% volume on windows then adjust the volume on the headset. I also prefer Atmos over windows sonic FWIW.

They are a bit stiff yes. They don’t seem to rotate much and I can move them by hand but I can’t tell if they stay or not. Generally I don’t have too much issue, just wish they were bigger around.

I only get the pops when I walk to a point where I start to get connection issues. I have multiple devices plugged in near it in my pc and an Xbox wireless adapter for controllers as well as my router not far. Those devices don’t seem to affect it.

Arctis 7x also work on multiple platforms. The sound quality is a pretty big downgrade though. I don’t think Arctis are bad, but the penrose just sound a lot better.

I have the dekoni nuggets on mine and they relieve a lot of pressure for me.
