i think they had an update, but i sold mine long ago. too many issues and the sound quality just wasnt that good anyway.

i think that the whole "the mic is picky" thing is just an excuse for a bad design\manufacturing and the marketing department tried to make it look like a good thing somehow or whatever. also the sidetone "feature" needs a turn off option. and why is the headphones keeps resetting to default...

sent them another message, they replied with more copy\paste stuff from their manual. seems that they are not taking this seriously. @Audeze

No, didnt receive another reply from them. dosent make sense that so many mics are faulty, or that people dont know how to use a mic. so the way i see it, they messed up the mic design and they are claiming its picky with its position.

Nope, was on the PC and i heard "power off" or whatever it says.

another annoying issue: the headset turns itself off after a while, even when connected to the PC. then i need to turn it on again, and its back to default settings.. these headphones are such a headache. also, i dont know whats better for the battery life, keeping the headset always at 100%...

Why the headset reset to default settings every time it shuts off? i only want it in Hi-Res mode with Flat preset, its annoying to cycle through the modes all the time.

i contacted them via support but they just told me to charge and restart the headset so far.. didnt solve it ofc.

For sound quality, only the 2CH Hi-Res mode with Flat EQ works for me. anything else feels so bad. i tried the 7.1 with head tracking thing in CSGO, was hesitant to press left mouse because the gun fires were so unpleasant.

  from a very short listen: i think the sound is clearer, i notice more nuances of the sounds. hard to describe :)   you should give it a try.   the reason i believe that there is an actual difference is because when i first installed this add-on, i didnt hear any change, then i realized...

I hope its not placebo, but i can actually hear a difference with the ASIO. but its pretty bugy. i cant switch between my speakers and headphones with a shortcut like i did before. every time i want to switch i need to restart Foobar. also, while i listen to music with my headphones in Foobar...
