I like the Klipsch IMAGE X10s, but I noticed they had 50 ohm impedance. Is that going to be a problem with the COWON D2?

I don't want to lug around a bunch of stuff but at the same time I'd like something that sounds good with a decent pair of IEMs. A flash based solution would be nice but I don't mind either way. I also need a decent pair of IEMs >_> (between $50 and $200) Sorry if a question like this has...
