    Beats Studio3

Although I haven't tested the Studio 3(I'm really curious how they compare to Studio 2), I have had the Studio 2 for more than one year and the MDR-1A for nearly 10 months, and I can say the following, contrary to most people's expectations: The Studio 2 has definitely more detail, better...

Have you tested the Studio Wireless?

    Why the Beats Hate?

That's completely false.   First of all, there's no such thing as "Beats are" ... one way... or another. They produce a variety of headphones, each of them with different characteristics.   Second, they do have not-so-bassy headphones that work well with classical music as well as other...

    Why the Beats Hate?

I've had them for about 4 months, they're perfectly fine. It's true that the earpads are likely to come apart sooner or later, but they're relatively easily replaceable, as is the headband(which on the other hand feels pretty sturdy - you'd have to abuse it quite a bit to break it, or at least...

I'm not so sure about that: https://www.cnet.com/news/beats-wont-have-a-new-studio-wireless-headphone-in-2016/   You should test the Studio 2, it won't hurt.

Oh really? How many have you bought so far?   And btw., you were asking me why the Beats are discounted... le me respond with another question: why is there such a discrepancy between the Sennheiser site that has the reccommended prices and amazon which offer pretty big discounts... examlple...

    Why the Beats Hate?

How do you know what Beats uses? There was a pathetic attempt by some idiot blogger to prove that they use cheap parts, but it turned out he had used a fake pair.    Not that using OEM drivers is something necessarily bad.      Why do you keep having strong opinions about something you...

    Why the Beats Hate?

Totally false, M50x is inferior to Studio 2 in every possible aspect in terms of sound (details, instrument separation, samd)

    Why the Beats Hate?

You don't have to take it literally. The suggestion is that they're quite a bit better than the solo 2.    Have you ever thought of auditioning the Studio 2 instead of contradicting my posts?

Even at 139 they're a very good deal.    A few opinions on Studio 2 vs Solo 2(from macrumors)'   #4  The studios, imo sound way better than the solo 2.  [...] http://forums.macrumors.com/threads/beats-solo-2-wireless-or-studio-wireless.1950985/     Quote: Well... that's...

    Why the Beats Hate?

Extremely unlikely. Unfortunately the overwhelming majority of those who love to bash Beats, never tested the Studio 2.    I have owned CAL for about 2 years and tested the M50x. Neither is a good alternative to the Studio 2(which has better details, soundstage, etc). I haven't heard the...

    Why the Beats Hate?

Yes, NC is always on, but it's not much of a problem.    Most of those cans need amping, some of them serious amping - which is another cost to consider, as most people don't have a headphone amp.    Denon D600 are a lot more expensive in Europe(usually >300 eur) but $150 seems a bit...

    Why the Beats Hate?

Because it's IMPOSSIBLE to claim that they sound worse(provided that you have good hearing) than headphones like M50x or MDR-1A, which have a pretty good "reputation" among audiophiles.

You "think" ... but I can bet real money you haven't heard the Studio 2.

    Why the Beats Hate?

Choosing to judge the best of current Beats headphones on a 5 year old low end headphone is like drawing conclusions about Sennheiser HD600 based on auditions of HD201.
