Anyone have an eq profile to bring these closer to the aiva's sound signature?

My pair seems to have an issue. The 2.5mm jacks dont plug firmly into the headphones. They move around alot and lose signal constantly. Anyone else have this issue with their pair? Probably going to return them and hope the replacement pair has less QC issues.

I have tried a few eq settings posted from this thread. Audio from the laptop still sounds much worse than with the cipher cable. Which is why I am looking into improving my portable setup so I am not chained down to only using the cipher cable when I am away from home.

Would a portable dac/amp be a worthwhile purchase to use with the isine 10? I almost exclusively use these on the go with my laptop and iphone w/ cipher cable. The laptop on-board sound is pretty lackluster. Would an iFi nano iDSD Black Label or a similar product be a significant enough upgrade...

Oh alright thanks for clarifying. I was just under the impression there was an eq applied when you use the cipher cable so when i saw all the slides being in the middle i thought there was a mistake.
