Same! After I updated to the latest firmware, I have had zero issues and love these even more than my Penrose if that’s possible. Just a joy to use every day with games, movies and music. I realize some people may have valid issues but for my use cases, it’s perfect.

THIS!!!! Come on guys, this is exactly what happened to me, now the dongle won’t connect to anything, PC or Xbox. I can confirm it causes lots of issues. The headset now works for bluetooth and that’s it.

On the PC app the factory reset button does nothing.

Is there any way to factory reset these things??

My Xbox order from December 8th just shipped as well! My Penrose will be relegated to the less used Xbox. Glad everyone seems to be enjoying the Maxwells so far for the most part!

I can tell you, just based on my usage, that wearing the Penrose for extended gaming or movie sessions has been the most comfortable set I have used yet. Came from Gen 3 then Gen 4 A50s, RIGs and Bang and Olufsen Beoplays. 5-6 hrs and zero ear or head fatigue. Hoping the Maxwells are as...

I cannot find any. Crutchfield I had high hopes for, but they did not get their expected shipment in on Tuesday like they thought and apparently can’t get Audeze to answer them. B & H photo is also empty.
