I enjoy listening to the KSC75's on my D2 during the few times I get quiet time around the house. Too much leak in when people are in the house (TV, washing machine, etc etc).

They are the same. Mylar3 is just another name for MylarOne x3.

I've been on the verge of buying these iand returning my marshmallows back to Best Buy. I think the only thing holding me back are some reports of it's predecessor being flimsy. I'm thinking if I want to get the bundle with the DTX50's but I don't have an ipod

If you're willing to wait, it seems like the Cowon A3 will suit your needs.

Sounds like you're SOL in getting your CD collection on your Zune. It might be possible to find some of your collection in FLAC via google.
