Quote: Nice, they've got a location right by me. I'll have to stop by sometime this week. And Your LCD-2's are a newer model one, like mine, but the wood on yours does look better.- BrianMendoza

DIY Audez'e LCD-2 Headphone Stand
Quote: DUDE! Nice work. I knew it was only time until someone took my idea to the next level. Where'd you get your hands on that wood? It looks awesome. PS. The wood casing on your LCD-2's look really good too. Are they from a newer order batch?- BrianMendoza

REVIEW: Meier Audio Concerto headphone amp
Quote: I'm not sure about your source, because I don't know much about it, but I had a similar situation as you BEFORE I got my DAC. I was going without a DAC for a while, to fund for the StageDAC, and even with the high gain on my Concerto alone, I had to go real high on the volume...- BrianMendoza

Hey guys, I just took a look at the DI, and I don't want to be ripped for asking this, but I'm not sure what it's use is. Looking at it, it almost seems like a usb to spdif converter, which if it is, that definitely seems like a good value when compared to the hiface.- BrianMendoza

Before, I really disliked Jack Johnson. But after hearing how good some of his songs sound through headphones, it's hard to avoid listening to him every now and then.- BrianMendoza

Meier Audio StageDAC
I wasn't asking to base any decisions on opinions, just out of curiosity. I've decided to just stay with both pulse and oversampling on the bottom. One thing I did change, after some good listening, was my tonal balance setting. I used to keep it on the top setting, but with the LCD-2's...- BrianMendoza

Quote: I love Bizarre Love Triangle, by New Order! I haven't really ventured to deep into the new wave genre though. Any suggestions?- BrianMendoza

Meier Audio StageDAC
Quote: That wasn't a direct quote or anything. I just remember it saying something like that, while having the two on the middle settings is supposed to sound most analog.- BrianMendoza

Songs you forgot about, heard again, and fell in love with all over
Just like the title says... I've got two of them. First, America - Only In Your Heart. I remember driving around with my dad, when I was a kid, with him listening to America, and out of all the ones I remember, this one I somehow forgot about. I heard it today and I was so happy to...- BrianMendoza

What settings have you guys found yourself using for Pulse and Oversampling? I went with both on the bottom, just because the user manual said it would give it that tradition dac signature... So I was just curious to see what other owners have been using.- BrianMendoza

The crappiest song you've caught yourself enjoying
I thought I had heard enough of Katy Perry, with that "Firework" song playing on every commercial EVER, but I stumbled upon something... Noisia took her song and did a great remix of it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YTzQ2APsJXk (Just wait til it gets to 1:20 into the song...) ...- BrianMendoza
