I honestly don't know, used the default system info / about device / build number / hit 7x till you get the options.

When I received it it sounded flat, also wasn't stable with both blue tooth and wifi connections. I downloaded the latest international firmware on to a micro ssd, flashed it and performed a reset. Most problems were over. I do use an usbc cable with samsung wallplug to charge it. Regular cable...

I'm waiting for a few more reviews before pulling the trigger.

...Just saw the 'bad guy good audio reviews' @ youtube, he wasn't very positive about the FH5s.

Maybe you can try a 'clear cache partition' in recovery mode from your samsung.

Thank you. Works fine here, note 10 plus, up4, fiio fh7. I would like to see volume adjustment in the future build. ( I also use the up4 with speakers like the denon home 350 and anker soundcore motion plus, both @ the 3,5 jack connections)
