I have been looking for a headphone like this since i moved from Bose to Audeze in 2020. I wear my headphones for almost 15 hours a day. Far more hours then most can fathom and comfort is my biggest issue. To have this sound with this comfort is really a treat. Thank you @Abyss Headphones

Great day outside with the old BTR7 and JOAL Need to get the BTR17 this weekend

Yeah been on here about 4.5 years have not seen this much out there in a while. A Bokeh Open going for $825 with a custom cable is a bit out there for me. Might have to snatch one of those soon. Definitely worth the $1500 i paid $1520 for used but new and best headphone purchase so far.

i compared the two of them at Canjam and went back and forth a few times as i wanted the Noire X when i came to the show. Noire X is far more neutral in my opinion. If you go that headphones thread sometimes people complain that its not exciting and too neutral. The JOAL adds a bit more warmth...

i cant even tell you how excited i am. Been going to Canjam the last 3 years and was really wishing we had something like this

Head fi station this summer with the Abyss JOAL and BTR-7 which is oddly great with this. Ill upgrade to BTR-17 soon

Pretty interesting to me that a BTR-7 can drive this how well it does. BTR-17 will do this perfect. Ben outside since 10AM with this setup

More people joining this thread makes me so happy. Never heard of this amplifier before thought it was a V550 when i saw it first
