Hi @JasonNYC I seem to be reliably seeing a problem where attempting to play music (any song at all) causes the Kann Cube to instantly crash (resulting in a complete power off). This is with the 1.33CM firmware. At this point it’s basically a brick that doesn’t do anything. Any suggestions...

@JasonNYC, I can confirm that after installing the new firmware, purchasing music using Qobuz is still impossible. Do you know if the developers checked this before releasing this firmware update? It only took me a few minutes to confirm, it is a bit surprising that they would do a software...

@JasonNYC, based on what you are seeing with the updated firmware on other A&K players, does the new firmware allow Qobuz customers to buy music again?

@JasonNYC there is a minor bug with “Settings”, “System Reset”, “Initialize Media Scan”. After it completes the scan, it has sorted all my playlists chronologically according to when they were first created. So any rearranging I did by moving the playlists around is gone.

I just upgraded to 5.15.0.0.

@JasonNYC, are you noticing Qobuz is also broken, possibly due to the new firmware update? It’s no longer possible to buy music using the Kann Cube.

Hi JasonNYC, Thank you for this! May I ask, I tried your suggestion for the very first time about two days ago and it scared the daylights out of me since, after making sure the box “Clear playlists” was not checked, for a short while my KC stated that I had zero songs and zero playlists...

Is there a way, after downloading a song, to tell the KC to scan for new media? What I am doing now is turning off the KC (power down the device), then turn it back on again. When the KC first powers on, it does a media scan for new music.

Is there a way to re-trigger the prompt to re-import all deleted tracks? Also, are you finding that every track needs to be downloaded twice in order to reach the KC gui (not the Qobuz app). I have to “import” every track and then “download” every same track in order for the KC to be able to...
