I need something that is 40gig or more(more the better) and it has to have on the fly playlists(highlight song, press/hold button, and it adds it to the current playlist - just like queuing up songs in WMP) I would like to avoid the ipods. Mainly due to the problems the Classic is having and...

i'm looking at getting either the e2 or e3(i can get these cheap through a friend) is the E3 worth the extra money ? whats the differnce in sound between these two ?
