And you have the ones with nylon-sheeted cable? Really strange.

Are you wearing them over-the-ear? I have zero problems with microphonics that way.

Any tips I try to put on EDSE as a replacement are loose - they slide along the nozzle. I know that there are different tip widths, but lengths?   ...yeah, I know, that's what she said.

At my price level it's a lot cheaper to just replace the IEM than a cable ;)

I like mine a lot. Except the nylon starts coming off the cable in several places. I don't think it will last a lot longer. Oh well, will be a good candidate for Bluedio BT recabling.

I spent this time hunting for a cheap SBH80 (no luck) and exploring my options. My MP8320's cable starts coming apart, so that may be a good hint on the direction I'll end up taking.   Although there are other quite interesting alternatives... e.g. Bluedio N2 for $11 shipped (but not sure...

Seller says there is a difference in how they sound, most people assume they're the same. Noone has made a direct comparison yet.   I took EDSE with mic even though it was a dollar or so more than ED2 with mic. Just to be safe. (Yeah, there seems to be a mic and non-mic version of both EDSE...
