Hello,   I have Logitech UE 200vi IEMS which I didn't really enjoy, but for the price they are decent. Now they broke, and warranty shop said they don't sell then anymore and they offering me UE 300vi instead. Looking at price these 300vi are much cheaper (7 Eur vs 17 Eur I payed originally)...

Thanks mate, but it's too expensive, considering that's pretty much the price of the UE-200vi... I am so disappointed with this purchase, literally one of the most uncomfortable headphones, which also do not work without adapter :(

Do you know what kind of extension cable/adapter I need? I tried one extension cable, but it does not make any difference, so apparently not any extension cable works.

You are completely right! I pulled them out little bit and it works just fine :) So I guess I will use it this way, it's cheap earphones anyways. Just wondering, isn't there any damage or other drawbacks (apart from inconvenience) to player with using not fully inserted jack?

Can you show the an example of what kind of adapter I need? Kind of strange tbh.. How am I supposed to know that simple headphones are not going to work with my player.. Makes little sense.

I wonder if I should ask for replacement, or it's likely Cowon firmware incompatibility and it won't work again..

Guys do you have any suggestions for cheap gym IEMs with good cable?

I am looking for a cheap IEMs for a gym. Now by cheap I mean from 5$ to 30$, and it's important that IEMs are sold in the Europe.    Most important factor - cable strength, I want it to last as long as possible, because my recent 3 pairs of Vsonic all broke near cable jack within several weeks...

Fixing jack itself is an option. But I just don't understand how are you saying that 30$ iems are not expensive enough to last long time. My first better IEMs I had were Klipsch s3, and they lasted over 2 years for me, for the same price range.   I have no clue about soldering or anything...

What are you even talking about? GR02 BE are regarded as one of the best IEMS in its price range, how is it justifiable to them to break in few weeks? Also, if you read my GR07 mk2 also break in few weeks, so 170$ is not high price for you? Your post sound really stupid for me.
