    You right, I have transparent window on the top of my ADI-2 Pro AE and on DSP chip there is a sign - caution about hot surface. Is it good or not, in my experience I wasn't met such hot DAC/AMPs for headphones.

    I have ADI-2 Pro Anniversary Edition with transparent glass on the top. I'm using it as a headphone amplifier and DAC and it stays on top of my table. So, a lot of space to breathe. After half an hour of listening it become unusually hot. I can keep my hand on top of ADI but its temperature is...

    Does any one knows, why ADI2-Pro becomes really hot after 30min of work? Is it normal?
