Like the detachable 3.5mm head that attaches with the 4 pins. Unfortunately, I don't have another cable to try it with. That said, I have been using a different dac and haven't had any problems again so far so maybe it was a problem with the other one.

Does anyone know where to buy the aux end bit that attaches to the scarlet minis wire. I think mine arrived damaged since the audio randomly gets dulled, will shift more to the left side or even cut out at times very randomly when it's moved. I don't want to have to send my Scarlets back and...

I completely agree and like you said, yes they're a small company, but the thing that disappoints me more is the lack of clarity. If they made it clear how long it could possibly take or were clear that the delivery time was still very TBD, but they keep telling me it will be shipping one month...

Anybody get any updates recently on their Scarlets shipping? I was told a few weeks ago that mine were finally ready for shipment but since Feb 26th none of them have answered any of my messages 😔. I've been waiting since October.

I ordered mine Oct. 10th and just got an email yesterday saying they are ready and preparing for shipping

That said, I do understand it's a smaller company and they probably have way more orders than they expected.

I'm more just dissapointed because when I asked them back in November they told me it'll be December or January. January is now over and when I asked them a few weeks ago now it's January to February and I'm hoping when I ask them in a few weeks I won't just get February to March after that.
