Based off this picture of the board, which op amps are associated with the XLR outputs? Also, would you swap out the stock op amps with Sparkos Audio SS3601, SS3602 or SS2590 op amps? Would I need single or dual op amps?

This is my work stack paired with NDH 20. I use the NDH 30 at home. I prefer the ear pads on the NDH 30. The pic with the Neumann TLM 103 is my home setup.

Where can I purchase 2.5mm locking connector that would be compatible with Neumann NDH 30 headphones? Similar to the attached picture.

Are these good specs for a silver cable?

Do they offer silver cables? I only see Mogami cables listed on their website.

Which cable manufacturer? Website? My experience has been trying to find the 2.5mm locking connector. There is a PCB version and a non PCB version. The PCB version solders are not as secure as the Non PCB. Here is an example of the non PCB.
