  Sorry for my newbness, but isn't it a 5.0mm to 5.0mm cable? Both of my jacks (Macbook Pro/HDP) have 3.5mm. Will the cables you've mentioned above fit?

  To clarify your suggestion, I should put get the 3.5mm to RCA cable and connect the 3.5mm to the Macbook Pro/ and the RCA to the HDP?       My entire equipment is comprised of the Nuforce Icon HDP, Macbook Pro Retina, Sennheiser HD650 and an AUX cable.
