Had the same problem and my dermatologist gave me RE10 Wash (Sodium Sulfacetamide 10%) and Finacea cream, and within one week I was cured from a lifetime of a small case of adult back acne. It's been 9 months now.
If that still doesn't work, get a month's prescription of Oracea oral pills, which is tetracycline of which 70% is time released. It works for everybody ($45 co-payment with insurance) but certainly worth it.

Glad someone brought this thread back from the dead. No camera at the moment or I'd post. 
 
I've got really big plans for tattoos though. 2 sleeves along with a back piece. Probably something on the legs eventually, too.
