I just recently purchased a new set of Unique Melody Miracles and had asked to put some custom lettering on them. I'm not too happy with how it turned out and would like to just remove it. What are the best ways to go about doing this?

How is the fit is the most important question.  If you are still within your time period (30 odd days normally) you should be able to get them to do something.

Right earbud is uncomfortable. They said to let my ears get used to it and see if it improves after 2 weeks. I'm hoping to send it back and have them redo both sides.
