Koss HV/1
I've got two pairs of these old headphones and I really like them. Thing is, the cords and wires between the drivers are intermittent. So, I might not get around to fixing them. I'm thinking of replacing them with something which has a similar sound. Does anybody know what these sound like...- humzebra

Koss HV/A1 headphones
Just got these today. Love them so far! One thing I notice, though, is an ever so slight rattle in the left ear on some, but not all, bass notes. The bass in these is far more powerful than I was expecting. It's very controlled, though. Does anybody have any thoughts on these? Does that rattle...- kleptolia

Koss High Velocity HV/1A
The HV/1A had a high velocity element that reproduced all ten audible octaves. It was introduced in 1974 and discontinued in 1986. It was an open-back headphone in a time when those were rare.
