I can only choose between one of these headphones What do you guys think ? Opinions ?   Shure would be a little bit more expensive but I wouldnt care that much if the sound quality is somewhat better.

I'm a real beginner when it comes to headphones. My first IN EAR was an MDR-82 (or EX 56, cant remember well) that came bundled with a sony mp3 player. I thought it was really good and loved it , until it stop working(really thin cords), after that I bought a crappy phillips in ear thinking...

I like to hear clearly the harmonics/chords of jazzy guitars and I also like to hear the groovey bass that comes along with it.. hmmm , I like having the sound "on my head" too. the headphones I have access now are : Sennheiser CX300 Creative EP-630 Sony MDR-EX85 JVC FC-77 .. sadly...
