Guys, It's very rare that something completely outperforms it's own battery specs, but I'm getting well over 70 hours of use on regular alkaline 9V batteries with the SR-71. This amp blows me away! I probably got about 40 with the XP-7s. This is by far the best amp purchase I have ever made.
