    It seems that transformer coupled triodes is the path to follow. The Senns with Silvercore are insane and i will not describe the sound on these threads its because nobody would believe me its way above the Orpheus standard.

    I ordered the Silvercore amp with the specifications to hook it up with the new Sennheiser HD-800.Had to retube it again to the Chinese 812A tubes with Mullard 5U4G. To make this short this is the killer combo the ultimate headphone experience.
