after a few years of wanting to buy MS-1's but never getting around to it I finally did! Im excited to get them in

I wonder if there are any music playing apps out there that can output via usb sorta like a foobar for android if you will. coupling this with an amp/dac would work very well if it is possible

I have a pair of X-LS's for my computer setup and love them. That deal on the Rockets is a very good one, a friend of mine has the 760's and they are very impressive

im quite happy with my AV123 X-LS speakers powered by a vintage Kenwood KA-7100 I got off craigslist for $100. You could also look into the Emotiva BPA-1 as a stereo amp it goes for $179 + 249.99 for the X-LS is pretty close.

I think id like to get myself an external DAC of some sort I dont think my av710's DAC is doing as good oj a job with my vintage kenwood amp as it could be.

a true line out bypasses the internal amp of the player. Many people believe this produces a much cleaner sound as the signal is not amplified twice.

I will be using a vintage kenwood ka-7100 integrated amp. Mine are shipping tommorow but it will be 2 weeks before i get to listen to them as they are going to my school home

well he said vintage so i assumed it was a ka-7100 integrated amp, as I have one personally but i guess we will have to wait!

the 7100 was made in 1978, it doesnt accept a toslink, lol

I have speaker cables and a set of LC-1 interconnects along with a custom mini->mini they made for me. Great customer service and fast shipping! I will be doing business with them many more times

the USB input makes it rather tempting for my collection of "borrowed" movies. Much more convenient than bringing my whole computer out to the TV and hooking it up via S-Video.....
