Short replacement cord for ER4P?
Howdy. It's been a while since I've followed the headphone scene, since I ended up so happy with my Etys and HD600s that I decided I never needed to upgrade. :-) So I'm a bit out of touch. I use my ER4Ps (the original ones - it looks like they may have changed) with an iPod and iPod...- lucien

Favorite album covers or packaging
pink floyd - pulse. that little red LED is still going strong, since the week it was released. it's very dim, but you can see it flashing if the lights are off. i'll replace the batteries at some stage, but i want to see how long they'll last. i'm already impressed. -

HP commercial background
PLEASE!! Can anybody tell me the name of the music in the background of the new Hewlett Packard tv commercial? The ad I'm talking about is called "Anthem", and you can see it here: http://www.hp.com/hpinfo/newsroom/hp.../tv/index.html This music is one of those pieces that's haunted me... -

Filter vs. Tool
I'm gonna have to go with the majority on this one. What in blazes makes you think you could compare Filter with the almighty Tool? I'm guessing you've never seen the Schism video. It will end all doubt. -
shorter headphone cords
don - i remember talking to you about this when i visited chicago in december... looks like things are getting closer to a finished product. :-) from recollection, that braided design wasn't an attractive design. i know this is an audio device, and i'm not going for flashy, but i'd prefer...- lucien

Pipe Smoking
I ride a ZX7R, and while it's good and fast, and great fun, I'm having a bit of trouble with it. You see, ever since I rode a new ZX9R and ZX12R, the 7 just seems sluggish. :-) Looks like upgrade-itis isn't unique to the world of headphones... The dangerous part is that I finally paid off...- lucien

i'm in singapore now, mid-journey back to australia, but while i was at the tokyo airport i spotted a discman i haven't seen before, and it was tiny! i'm pretty sure it was something like the d-e2000 or similar. it definitely had the number 2000 in the name. proclaimed to be the lightest and...- lucien
