I've had my preamp up and running for quite some time and had the Elma ladder in the whole time. Problem is, i can hear the clicks every time i turn the knob. Also, some times, it causes pop sounds to my speakers. What gives? Anyone else have similiar symptoms?

My Gilmore Dynamic, after months of faithful service has stopped working in the left channel. The sound is VERY soft. Full turn of the knob allows normal listening levels for that channel, however, the sound is quite muddy. Could there be a grounding problem or a faulty transistor?

I just buit another clone, but it has an odd hum ONLY when something is plugged into the inputs. The source doesn't even have to be on, however, when the amp is on with out any inputs in, it has no hum at all. Any suggestions?
