that's matte black steel shield. nope, i sent them mirrored design but they forged it two of the same sides. if you send mirrored design for 2D shield, they will print it mirrored, like my previous m100 shields.

steel shields has arrived. and it looks awesome. my only gripe is crossfade feels slightly less premium than m100 (like in headband stitching and material, for instance). but from initial listening i think it has slight improvement in the mids (which is my only gripe with m100)    

thanks for the explanation. they finally responded and merged all my emails the past three weeks. the accessories are shipping now. the shields, sadly, have not. they said it took 3-4 weeks.

well, not for me. my gunmetal has arrived but the shield is still "awaiting shipment". i purchased XL pads and coilpro cable a couple days ago and now it's still "awaiting fulfillment". don't really get it what that means. but getting frustrated at the lack of response and explanation from them.
